Well bias judges from left leaning districts can disagree all they'd like...Which is funny how the only districts to challenge this are heavily left bias ones from heavily Democrat states...Let's see what happens when it goes before the SCOTUS... To anyone with an ounce of logical thought and half a brain it's easy to see how the court is wrong and are playing politics with this.

To anyone with an ounce of logical thought and half a brain, it's easy to see that his ban is never being implemented. This court decision has been upheld several times now and spans two different court systems. Pretending like this isn't a valid legal argument is just silly. Also, laws aren't overturned because the judicial system is in unanimous agreement that something is unconstitutional. They are overturned with as little as one court saying so. So your point about no conservative courts agreeing is irrelevant and partisan.

So what will you say if SCOTUS upholds this decision?

"Wow. What a bizzare dream. That was some good weed."

What will you when they overturn it?

I would weep for our country and the 1st. Though now I'm REALLY looking forward to SCOTUS upholding this ban because you have not opened your mind enough to consider the possibility that I'm right.

Both courts who have put holds on this EO come from heavily left leaning states and are quite known for their bias, as are you...Funny that you argue this with the POV you are using. Birds of a feather I guess.

By that same token it is no surprise that you, a trump supporter, doesn't agree with this decision. See? I can play this dumb game too. The difference between you and I though is that -I- have the courts on my side. How many courts have ruled in your favor?

Ah, but that's where you're wrong. I am a supporter of facts, evidence, and sanity. I dislike almost all the politicians I've ever looked into. In fact I have seen behind the curtain with politics and I know it is all corrupt, same with the judicial system. I just appear to support trump because people like you keep posting all this hyped up no facts having evidence lacking bias dribble to tow your party line...As if that's good for any of us on both sides. I tend to approach issues with as much logic and common sense as possible and look for facts (things which cannot be disputed) before I make up my mind on an issue. I feel like that concept would be lost on you though...

Once again a deflection, are we supposed to act like their aren't radical Islamic countries?

Syria?
libya?
Somalia?

Somalia has been is a constant state of civil war forever and the other two are full of Islamic radicals.

"Blah blah blah blah, ad hominem, blah blah blah blauh." Yeah yeah. I'm a stupid doodoo head and all that other happy #. Typical conservative BS. Can't go three posts without insulting liberals or the person you are talking to. But that's a quick way to get me to discount your entire opinion. Shame too, since I was giving you the benefit of the doubt earlier. Oh well. Just another partisan stooge.

PS: You still can't get around the fact that facts and evidence show that his ban is held up because it is unconstitutional.

Why is it deflecting to show that the countries that Trump is trying to ban entry from aren't sending over dangerous people? I'd think that would be VERY relevant information to shed light on the validity of Trump's travel ban.

If you actually approached this issue with logic and common sense then you would see that the reason the ban was frozen isn't because of the countries on a list but because of the people who had already gone through a vetting process being denied entry and thus negatively affected by it without having committed any infraction and not just because of "left leaning judges".

What good would a 90 day ban do? It's like keeping your window closed for 90 seconds during a 1 hour thunderstorm.

Why would we want members of failed states with deplorable human rights records and a religion and culture that is largely incompatible with ours here? You being a liberal should hate these people for what they do to LGBT people, women and minority groups and then you question why they blow themselves up in jihad. The experiment failed.

Seems these judges are rooting for a Manchester type attack to happen here.

As with most lefty activists, they're anti-American and put their agenda above the safety of American citizens.

I can see you have a big sad because their agenda is the Constitution and the Toddler-in-Chief get his little hands slapped.

How is it a Muslim ban?

Because Trump called it one during the election. Though you could always read the OP article and actually deny some ignorance:

During oral arguments this month, many of the 4th Circuit judges expressed doubts about the viability of the president’s order. They questioned whether there was a link between barring of citizens from the six countries identified by the administration and ensuring U.S. security.

Several judges also pointed to the president’s campaign promise to bar Muslims from entry and subsequent statements. They suggested that the court should not ignore those comments when determining whether the order violates the Constitution. The establishment clause of the First Amendment prohibits the government from denigrating a particular religion.

A Ban would include ALL not just some Op. Once again we need the word of the law not a spirit. Murder cases depend on the words being followed exactly dont they?

Its going to the supreme court where its going to get rubber stamped. this was a exercise in futility.

I know how to solve this. declare martial law Country wide. then shut down all flights, and ships in and out that carry passengers for 90 days. goes around the courts entirely and stop all visitation. SO what if we lose money during the summer.

Oh you mean the same people who we cant get records and documentation of criminal charges or other things they may have been involved in thanks to the fact they come from war torn countries who have had all kinds of looting in places were those records would be kept? Those vetted people who when we asked places like Syria for anything they had and then Syria responds with "we don't have those records anymore" because they were looted or destroyed... That tends to be the case when you try to get people coming from war torn third world countries. The only reliable records we can use to get them come from the military mostly...And they don't get nearly enough to get the hordes of people trying to come to the west.

The same ones that have been coming in through the same process from the same places for decades, yes, those.
