Found this on the BBC website and thought it was interesting, yes it's death & destruction but it's still interesting none the less to see what
actually goes on during a Helicopter raid against the ISIS forces dug in heavily in the Iraqi city of Mosul with some insight on what is happening
over there and some info about the nearby important landmarks which have now been destroyed.
Now where were these havoc's when Isis came rolling into Mosul a few years ago? They could have taken out those new shiny blue pickup trucks no
problem. Who gave the stand down order?
They only bought them from Russia in September 2014 while ISIS took Mosul in June so if you factor in having to train pilots and maintenance crews etc
I don't think they were ready in time to be put into a combat situation, unfortunately
