You DO realise that evolution isn't a belief right? It's also NOT a theory. It's an observed feature of the natural world - the best explanation for which is Modern Evolutionary Synthesis (aka the Theory of Evolution).

the only thing thats been "observed" in the natural world are instances where, say, finches turn into variations of finches or bacteria turn into variations of bacteria.

to use those observations as "evidence" that dinosaurs turned into birds or that asexually reproducing creatures turned into sexually reproducing creatures is fallacious.

the only people who do so are those who firmly believe that Darwins theories were true. Its sincere faith in action.

My major is genetic engineering. My academic interests and background (I seriously changed majors so much, because we no longer support polymath!!) bounces around from paleontology to Astro physics much like my mood. I assure you I'm versed, not a bragged, but not a neophyte either. However this subjects revision of origins isn't based on fact or logic. Thus loosely, the major tenets you issued where in which I agreed. I just didn't have the energy or sobriety at the time to dismantle nor edit. Sigh. Can't I just be a party nerd in peace.? Geesh. Just an FYI, it's far more likely this species had dark skin, even though it was found in Europe. This discovery long predates light skin on hominids.
