Why does the CIA drug deal, kill innocents and test chemicals on the public?

You know what I'm saying here... the CIA was created to serve and protect America and it's civilians from war, terror and domestic threats. So... the deeper I get into learning about the CIA then the more it sounds like they are the American public's biggest enemy. They apparently started both Al-quida AND isis. They train foreign armies that in turn attack America. They smuggle drugs across the border. They got a massive info-word database that they reference to see whether they should kill you or not based solely on your name, not your status as an American. There are plenty of reports that the CIA has tested harmful chemicals on whole cities, ready to sacrifice innocent lives and the health of large numbers of Americans all in the name of accumulating data. I mean, when you start to look closely, this CIA group begins to look less and less on the side of Americans and they appear to be a select treasonist organization ironically funded by the government they are too quick to attack and spoil. Anyone else get the same impression? Why does the CIA get such heavy support to attack us?

Good points I hope they manage to do some more beneficial stuff also. None the less, these points seem to show they really are not in existence to be helpful to the American people. I suppose they are not here for that reason. Better that we know their reason for being. Mexico and Central America have cartels. We have the ClA. Their purposes are the same. Making money, gaining power and controlling and/or eliminating any opposition.

Money, power and control is the name of the game. Highly organized crime under the disguise of "National Security." Gangsters with badges and security clearances.

They flooded the inner cities with crack in the 80's but now they're more into the opium trade. Underground bases, flying triangles and space based lasers don't pay for themselves, ya know.

Allan Dulles played a large role in this - in WW2 he essentially played both sides of the war from his outpost in Europe. His brother had a law firm and they were both politically and financially connected to the Nazis. Check out the book "
The Devil's Chessboard". That's as far as I care to go into it but like I said... great book with telling information.

It delves deep into "Allan Dulles, The CIA and the Secret Government". I would highly, highly recommend if you want to know more about how the CIA became what it is today.

The CIA was formed at the same time that the UFOs took a liking to earth but the acknowledgement of them slipped into the dark secret side of governmental activities and they have been denied validity. Few people ever stop to think about how really serious the UFO/alien situation presents to humanity and especially, directly, to national security interests.

Given my personal experiences, and with mysterious aliens at our very door, the CIA and the growth of other intelligence agencies, have always been allowed to strike their own trail due to the larger threat of the intentions of the ETs.

Given that view I can understand the massive MK-Ultra programs of the CIA and the involvement in the drug business seemingly in complete disregard to what we would normally expect and see from our leaders.

My final determination is that we are saddled with a government run by self-serving cowards with control issues.

Doesn't look like methods that improve national security to me. Regardless of what they claim on the website it doesn't speak for their actions.

I would say a lot of America's current internal issues and the CIA's hesitance to act and end it could be due to their very nature being changed when the CIA ceased to be a 100% hetero-sexual organization in 1993.

Preempt threats! Even if the supposed threat is an 18 year old with no background of violence, where this ambiguous "threat" that the person of interest represents, sounds like some # out of the bible, gattaca, and brangelina wrapped in one.
