I did say "allegedly shows "evidence"" in the OP, I just supplied information I thought was interesting and let other draw their own conclusions through investigation (hopefully) as to the veracity of the information.

And I have "debunked" (in my mind at least) the whole moon treaty is being pretty mundane stuff involving Earthly Governments.

Now I do understand that this could just be alluding to Earth Governments/agencies waging war in space, but I thought we had signed a treaty in the 60s or 70s to not weaponize space.

Maybe the existing treaties are inadequate under present circumstances or they fail to guarantee that new weapons will not be used. Just guessing.
