I don't think it looks comfy even for a lady. If the measurement of length isn't right, it will ride right up and give you some serious, erm, crotch issues, and that's on a woman.

I can't imagine what that would be like with a man's crotch equipment.

This is just being practical by combining the shorts + T into a single item of clothing, so less washing needed as it's only 1 item being washed as opposed to 2

It's like a onesie for summer, surprised nobody thought of doing this earlier
