Righto: Bit confused now.
So before it was MSM being all wrong, criminal etc for publishing Trump gave out classified info, with advisor McMaster saying he was there and it never happened, to now Trump is saying he did and so what if he does?
I'm in a bit of a spin here.

Trump just made McMaster a liar.
Announced. It's his right to declassify anything he wants to.
So last night this never happened and McMaster was in the room to this morning," yeah I did so what? It's my right if I want to."
Didn't I say this last night???We know how this ends. Here we are...
Last week every surrogate went out and defended his claim it was the deputy AG report that resulted in the firing of James Comey. Then he gets on tv tells Lester Holt it WAS because of the RUSHER FAKE NEWS that made him fire Comey.
Now he sends the head of the NSA to lie for him and this morning tweets that yes he did pass on classified info to the Russians.
Wonder how McMaster feels this morning now that he's lied for the president and the president threw him under the bus.

Who cares about Trump's spin? The point is that he confirmed that he shared the information.

As opposed to sitting in silence?
I dont see how the tweet invalidates Mcmasters statement.

Is there something wrong with providing people who are fighting terrorists with information on the terrorists?
Seems like a good idea to me.

I'm not an expert on governmental preservation of records but if there's a recording he's obligated to turn it over. That's my understanding.
