North Korea launches a new unidentified missile as tensions with US fester

The US dropped leaflets all over the cities that were later nuked in Japan back in WW2.

They've also dropped single shot 45 caliber pistols from the sky for average people to have a fighting chance in their countries.
They have the science and resources to cover North Korea in basic weapons and knowledge, information the locals have been deprived of...

And they're not the only ones. China, Russia, even the UK could pull it off with some effort. That sort of thing could be dropped from super high altitude with enough effort.




Nobody has done anything, and my guess is that this is for a reason.
I'm also assuming I don't like that reason.

Probably had something to do with old rich people trying to get older and richer.

I don't think the U.S...even being the "greatest" and all that, posses anything that will be quite that surgical to only take out Kim, then there is/will be fallout from other nations..especially if anything nuclear is used.

As you suggest, I'm in agreement if we make Iraq out of NK, there will be hell to pay in Asia for it. The tech smugglers with the netbooks/laptops & thumb drives have made considerable headway in undermining the regime's brainwashing. I don't think it's going to take much more than that to get the younger generations motivated, they know they've been lied to. And they're starting to get ballsy. Blatant disrespect towards Dear Leader, disregarding the social rules. That's self-replenishing fuel for the oppressed.

It's also killing 2 birds with one stone by way of leaving them to overthrow the regime when they hit their tipping point, and by already exposing them to the outside world via the smuggling & making it a MUCH less difficult adaption afterward because they have an idea of what to expect now that isn't what the regime told them for decades. We need not do more, they will rise up in due time.

Haha, good points, I agree there is no need at this point to get into that mess, I think China should be the one to open that can o worms..and you could be right that his own subjects will get tired of it. In most circumstances I would agree with you. However this country has nukes and has indicated they will use them against American cities in an offensive strike. Would they actually do it? I dont know. The leader is much more unhinged than even your average world leader, and thats saying something. He has gone as far as to assassinate relatives on foreign soil.

So.. I dont know. In this case I think its a real issue, and not the regular war mongering our MIC does.

With yesterday's launch, North Korea is upping the ante..
