Trump Fires James Comey and then Meets with the Russians (literally!)

Everyone already knows the story that Comey was sacked, and whether you are for or against it, something hilarious dawned on me. Check out this timeline:

May 9th Trump fires FBI director Comey. The dismissal letter read...

"While I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation [despite the Russia probe], I nevertheless concur with the judgment of the Department of Justice that you are not able to effectively lead the Bureau."

May 10th Trump invites the Russian foreign minister and ambassador to the US into the Oval Office (bonus points: CIA pegs ambassador Kiyslyak as a spy) and glad hands the Russian dignitaries wearing a huge dopey smile.

I too think the Comey firing and then meeting with the Russians was the classic Trump troll.

Not only did he invite the Russians, including the guy who's already been pegged as a Russian spy in to the Oval office. Trump also banned the American Press any access to their meeting. However he did allow the Russian Media access.

That photo that you're seeing was taken by the Russian media not ours.

They are the ones who released it.

So Trump's whole meeting with them was hidden from the American people and the media but not the Russians.

How cool is that?? The leader of our Nation hides from the American People but allows access to the Russians instead.

Why do they deserve access to anything? Honest question. What have they done in the past 10 years to deserve access? A lot of the problems we have in this country today are due to the media, it's revenue stream, and its spin of every story to align with its messaging.

It is quite littleraly his job to acquire information in pursuit of furthering the Russian governments agenda... and everyone knows it overtly.

Ron Paul wasn't on the DNC ticket, but sure either comparison works. I am talking more about the DNC leaks.

I think that might mean you simply went mad right along with it.

Not that going mad and laughing through the rest of it is a bad idea. I'm sort of wishing I was there with you actually because it sucks to have to watch it and not find it funny.

Well, some things are still funny about it, but overall it's really killing the mood most times.
