Seems like it's awfully slow for what is being used.
But I am no expert.

Can you call them and ask them to do a speed test on their end???

Good idea. I did sent them the report.
Calling will have to wait until tomorrow; they're closed now.

Yeah...Ive had a couple that installed off-site or off-computer and "needs to know the program that created it". Which of course...you cant...even some that when deleted...they are told to replicate elsewhere...over and over.

All Malwarebytes, CCLeaner, Kaspersky, Norton and the rest can do is locate them as I.U.P.s...and quarantine them. They keep staying no matter what...but Ive got 'em tamed down..still there somewhere...but no problems...just irritating as hell....
