I could care less who the source of the leaks where, what I care is, the content, is it true or not!

He might not be officialy associated with Assange, but he did call him a hero back when the leaks started coming out against Hillary, and not just him, even people who supported Trump did call for him to pardon Assange and eventually Chelsea Manning, it was convenient for him to say so.

Nothing but fear mongering and lies.

Yes you are. Besides misdirect...

I notice you don't direct your comments to why Ecuador granted asylum to Assange...

Global research...

Among other things, the uS goal of regime change was foremost...

Mr. Correa — who this month dismissed his defense minister, army chief of intelligence and commanders of the army, air force and joint chiefs — said that Ecuador’s intelligence systems were “totally infiltrated and subjugated to the C.I.A.” He accused senior military officials of sharing intelligence with Colombia, the Bush administration’s top ally in Latin America

That information was provided by Wikileaks from files released by Whistleblower, Manning. Thats the reason Ecuador granted asylum, out of gratitude.

Another reason Correa is on Washington’s “hit list” involves Wikileaks. Its founder Julian Assange was granted political asylum in an Ecuadorian embassy in London because he feared that if he ended up in U.S. custody over the secret files he released from Chelsea Manning to the world, could have him face an unfair trial in a U.S. courtroom.

BINGO. Stop lying and covering up the truth, either provide links (which you don't) with your biased rhetoric, or sit down and shut up.

That Ecuador granted asylum to Assange is not propaganda. But thanks for proving my point.

You attack the messenger, avoid the issue.

Its a standard move. Accuse your potential accuser of doing what you know you are guilty of. Assange has dirt on pedophiles in very high places protected by the CIA and FBI, so they accuse him of it. Hillary had close ties to Putin, so Trump got accused of it.

Conversely Assange is doing the very action you are accusing the US government of doing to Assange.

LOL, yes but, Assange has truth on his side. He is the individual against the government, so I'm partial to him. Because as George Washington said when he compared government to fire and said they were both useful servants, but fearsome masters.

More accurately I am calling into question your comprehension of the situation and the laws involved. Ecuador's granting of Asylum has been honored.

Your point?

Except Assange has also lied / misled.

Granted asylum for telling the truth, exposing the corruption. Thats why the uS wants him so bad. They have a cell right next to Manning for him. There they can torture him for the rest of his life.

and yet there is no warrant for Assanges arrest and there never was one the entire time Assange hid in the Embassy. He used the US as a bs excuse to avoid going to Sweden to answer the charges there.

The torture line is not only not humerus but a lie. Are you incapable of telling the truth?

What truth? According to lawyers,Manning is undergoing cruel and unusual punishment. They want Assange just as bad.

Time you actually told some truth instead of just hurtling accusations at whistleblowers.

You apparently have an issue with reading comprehension...

Manning is not undergoing cruel or unusual punishment... If they want Assange as bad how come the DOJ is jut now discussing a warrant for his arrest and possible charges? Og thats right, Assange lied, using the America bs to avoid extradition to Sweden.

So again, you have issues telling the truth.

What proven crimes and wrongdoing has Wikileaks exposed? Do you know?

Very first thing I ever saw from wikileaks - footage of an American helicopter gunning down a group of unarmed civilians and 2 Reuters journalists. Reuters demanded the footage and were refused on grounds that there was no wrongdoing.

Government committing crimes and getting away with it. In secret, until Wikileaks came along.

Who were initially identified as armed individuals. Civilian deaths in war zones are terrible, but not completely avoidable.

* - Assange claims he would be charged with Treason y the US if he is extradited. He is an Australian citiaen so cant be charged with treason by the US.
* - He claims he would be sent to Gitmo. He cant be sent there because he is not an enemy combatant captured by the military. He also would not fall under military jurisdiction.
* - Assange claims he would face the death penalty. Nothing Assange can be charged with has that as an option for punishment.
* - Assange claims he would turn himself in to the US if Mannings set free. Obama commuted his sentence and nothing from Assange.
