What do you mean? I don't know for sure for instance whether The Book of Revelations is genuine prophecy, I believe so, but on the other hand, Erasmus has said it should have never been taken up in the Canon of the New Testament:

I have a different take on this whole thing.

You see, Jesus was the light of the world. Right? And he said he came to light a fire. And he did. And he told his followers that they in turn would carry that light he had started and be the light of the world, and that they need to let their light shine. For a lamp is not lit and then hid under a basket. But is set out to shine on everything.

And Scripture tells preachers of God's good news to the people that they are shining as illuminators, they are beacons of light, they are the true light of the world.

Is that not so?
