I can't say for sure but it sure does look like him The guy in the passenger seat of this Antifa vehicle that violently stormed the Jefferson Davis monument in New Orleans on Monday may be Deputy Mayor of New Orleans, Ryan Berni. The vehicle is owned by Tulane ROTC. So If that is a Deputy Mayor in the passenger seat then I would have to conclude that the Mayor is behind it and pulled strings to get the truck.

The city is also suspending the 2nd amendment, as it has done before during Katrina...

This part is false. Other media outlets reported armed individuals being present with no issues. NOLA got pounded by the US Supreme Court for their "2nd amendment suspension" during Katrina and were told in no uncertain terms they cant do it and they had to compensate gun owners.

These people must feel some need to assault someone so they are picking sides and playing the game. I am willing to bet they will think different when the next level starts which is a few people shooting bullets. Good luck with the stick then.
