"A lot of brands claim to know what moms really want for Mother’s Day. But Tim Hortons might be onto something.

In honor of the upcoming holiday, the coffee and donut chain has announced a special new treat: The Timbits Donut Bouquet. Yep, it’s a bouquet of donut holes ― 24 to be exact."

Ok, I am Canadian, I love Tim Hortons... But this is just, weird.
So so very weird.
My mom is worth more than this.
Thoughts?

We are getting a Tim Hortons finally on the main strip of my town I'm so excited!! My family up north tells me how great it is- however I agree with you, mommas worth a whole lot more than a bunch of unhealthy sugar balls.

i respectfully wish to tell you that in my humble opinion tim hortons does not have good food. it is also my humble opinion that you should give mommy much, much more than what they are offering

I'm enjoying a double-double as I type this, but I will not present my mother with a bouquet of donuts.

As soon as Burger King bought out Tim Horton's, it took a turn for the worst. They do not even bake their donuts in the store anymore. Don't go in with too high of expectations.

You Canadians really do like your Tim Hortons! My son's fiancé's parents own 5 of them in the states and have promised to give two of them to my son's future wife. She currently manages all of them. I have relatives in Toronto, and when my wife and I told them the news they went absolutely crazy, lol.

Tim Horton's is slowly catching on here in the states, especially their breakfasts. When Canadians come from the bus load to shop down in the states, we see that Tim Horton's is one of their favorite stops!

I could see that, a little taste of home.

I do miss the old days though, when all they did was coffee & doughnuts, and they did both to perfection.

Fasting to celebrate Mother's Day in the US would be novel thing to do, as abstention and portion control is not much in evidence for the rest of the year. It may even lead to some Mother's becoming healthier and subsequently happier.

Can you still hit the booze during a fast?
If so, then it's still a salvageable party!
