That trolling makes me think that they're either insane or have some secret deal with Rus or China to protect them in case of USA strike.

Essentially both. A huge majority of the civilians are in the reserves.

So you don't approve of any aggressive actions towards North Korea.

Okay.

Orbital mechanics are not my forte, I just figure out how to build them on the cheap with stuff from Home Depot and the art supply store!

Yes the cartoons were cool, but then you had loonies like Teller believing they were possible.

Something just occurred to me;

We'd best hope that all these "failures" are, in fact due to faulty design and/or construction, because then at least NK is facing the natural result of a "learning curve" that they will not be able to cheat unless they get outside help.

If those failures are actually the result of any kind of sabotage, each failure will contribute to a pattern that will make the source of the sabotage more evident, and therefore easier to counter.

That could result in the realization that there is nothing wrong with the missiles themselves, and now NK has a ready arsenal...

And it would be payback time!

Do I approve?

As if it matters.

We vote, they don't listen, we pay taxes, they spend it however they want.

I would support actions to help Venezuela, or most of Africa though.

Or doesn't the U.S deem those worthy causes?

I'm not in charge, so my opinion is worth as much as yours.

As you say, sabotage makes no sense. If we could destroy their missiles at will, doing so during testing is pointless.

They're called "treaties" bud. We don't exist in the world alone, and we don't get by alone.

China doesn't like THAAD being that close to them, can you explain why?

Two basic reasons, which have to do with possible future scenarios of hostilities between China and the US.

1) The radar system extends US surveillance capabilities into China.
2) They don't like that we are putting in anti-missile systems so close to their missile systems.

Besides the political stuff, of course.

I will not be suprised if there is a US missile attack now like syria.

Trump backed into a corner on this as he laid down a VERY clear red line and little kim un fatty blatantly crossed it.

Trump has more provocation in tnis than he had for syria and proof this time.

Kim is probably wondering why after all the successful nuke tests and posing a unique threat; he hasn't been offered a sweet ass deal like Iran with a plane of cash to accompany it as well. He's got the hostages as an added ingredient to a similar scenario.

I have a feeling he is going to receive something from the USA......just not exactly what he wanted.

Though he might get a demonstration of rockets that actually work

How easy do you think it will be for the USA to level its nuclear sites? As i am guessing that is what Trump is thinking right now.

Not as easy as people think. They don't have the most modern air defense system, but they've got a lot. They could probably stop quite a few Tomahawks, so they'd have to fire a hell of a lot of them.

Also, I would think that a lot of their assets would be quite heavily fortified bunkers tunneled into mountains?
