Good job misrepresenting Climate change to try to discredit it. Fact is we would have to spend less to fix these problems if we didnt have deniers in government that have put off working on solutions for kickbacks from the very people that get rich off our inaction.

So if you take "climate change" out of the discussion, what's your first thought if someone told you that a bunch of energy executives, bankers, a former VP and activist leaders are getting together and need you to fund them with $15T? I think most people would think it's a joke and will wait anxiously for the punchline.

This is about whether or not individual taxpayers have negatively impacted the environment based on the fact that corporations and governments leave no alternative but to continue using existing technologies which are apparently causing said destruction - according to Gore & Co, the only alternative is for citizens to give more money so corporations and governments can spend it refining their social control processes whilst maintaining profit margins....all the time blaming citizens for everything environmentally negative.

Let Exxon, Chevron, Shell, BP, Apple, DHL, and all those mega-corporations consuming the lions share of the things destroying the environment fix Gores issue by digging into their profits until it's fixed for good.

If Holden or Ford bought out an environmentally friendly electromagnetically driven shuttle craft, I'd buy one - that'll be my contribution.

Nice scam. make them pay you to stop something that isn't happening. After you get paid, say you solved the problem and stop saying its happening and you've done nothing the whole time. Gore may have been cheated out of the White House, but the slob sure did accept one heck of a payoff.

Make the Rothschilds and The Rockefellers and Morgans pay the bill. Global warming would suddenly stop if they weren't getting money and suddenly began losing money from it.

It's so sad that millions of Americans have fallen for this scam. They will be fleeced by the elites, while thinking they're doing Mother Nature proud. Saddest of all their children, grandchildren, and future generations of humanity will be the ones paying the cost of their gullibility.

Kinda like Gore misrepresenting his original "Global Warming" scam now as "Climate Change"? I would have loved to have heard the meeting when they decided to change the name. Global Warming has plenty of detractors but NOBODY can argue with Climate Change!

Elon Musk has a better approach: lure people into responsible behavior by giving them baubles that do this.

Like it or not, the Tesla is a sleek and cool car. Im not a fan, and am not interested yet. But he's on the right path.

We will never solve our problems with brow beating. It'll hve to be easy for people to do. Nonsense like forcing recycling containers just isn't a long term solution. a long term solution is requiring packaging to meet specs to begin with. One solution is bound to frustrate, the other won't.

Yet another tax money grab designed to keep us in debt indefinately. If the people in charge really cared about our planet then they would get rid of oil, coal and nuclear energy and replace it with alternate energy or so called free energy. There are too many to mention but for the sake of todays technology, automakers should be using hydrogen powered cars that create their own hydrogen .
