The military is used without good intentions. Too much militaristic brainwashing just like Roman empire. Too much dumb laws to join the military. Criminals are the ones who train more than civilians. They can afford it, and they live for it. Military demand is nothing like the past of America. America has lost the war before it begun. That is the truth, you are not free when there are roadblocks. With those roadblocks, you cannot even afford them. If you still think the military still stand by the people than your fooling yourself. Too much restricted areas without knowledge, too much requirements without training. The military is more for criminals than for the people. The military is more for the MAD, then for the sensible. Just look at the poor as a prime example. After WW2 USA had a chance when conscription brought civilians control over military. Now they lost it again, this time, you just can't force it because WW3 is just suicide. Where a country that once had civilians unite and fought for freedom. This no longer exist anymore.

America will only succeed with a strong middle class. But every year the worker making the median wage is driven deeper and deeper into a poverty wage. When so much wealth is in so few hands the economy will eventually collapse. The value of money comes from the greed of the average Joe. At some point, the average Joe is going to decide going to work everyday for nothing is just not worth it. At that point, the economy will collapse.

But if you definition of success is maximizing wealth inequality in this country I imagine you are happy as a pig in Shiite.

And sadly, completely pointless as it's already been a done deal for many years now.

The last time "America" or the U.S. existed, was during JFK's presidency and even then, the plot to destroy it had long been underway. Our "country" has been under the control of others for many years and exemplified by the creation of the state of Israel in WW2.
I suspect the United States NEVER had a chance and even the Revolutionary war was puppeted by those in true power. Either way, we've been purposefully eroded ever since our very creation and lied to in order to create a patriotism and belief that we were our own country when we've really just been the military arm of the elite.

America was a beautiful ideal. Even though the cause was falsified, our grandfathers fought for something they believed in. It's too bad it was all a lie. We never stood a chance and it's all about to come a-tumbling down.

We will recover. As soon as the rapture happens and xtians and Muslims are out of here.

Nobody wants America to fail other than Steve Bannon. His adherence to a philosophy of chaos is well documented and not at all hidden. His favourite book is the "Fourth Turning"by William Strauss and Neil Howe. They assert that America is in the process of unravelling on the brink of crisis and how that IS A GOOD THING.

Bannon wants to burn it all down and genuinely believes that is the only future for the nation.

Keep one very important thing in mind... all of the empires that failed before us did so from the TOP down. It was, in every case, the malfeasance and self-indulgence of the Elite that caused the downfall of these empires. Every one. So maybe people need to be a little more discerning about the activities --- and lack thereof --- of our alleged leaders rather than The People attempting to call them out to see from whence the FAIL comes.
