Frexit may have become one step closer to reality today as French exit polls say that far-right leader Marine Le Pen and centrist Emmanuel Macron have won through to the run off election on May 7th , Le Pen is projected to have won 21.7% with Macron slightly ahead on 23.7%.

A lot of mixed reports though, some saying Pen at 25%.

Personally I like seeing Le Pen and her being tough on immigration. I feel like the same thing is going to happen as it did here in the US. She'll get elected for her one set of ideas while most ignore the bad. I don't know for sure but that seems to be the way of the world.

Whomever wins this election, I think it is going to send a clear signal to consider Frexit. The EU union does not seem to pay attention to the concerns of some of their member states much. It is the people running it that is the problem. We have a similar problem here in this country, small noisy special interest groups seem to be getting too much of our budget. This leads to an increase in spending in these groups.

Fixing things right is essential. When I talk special interest groups I include the medical and Pharma industries. They are trying to expand their business and they wanted extra insured people to utilize their services. Also there are scientific groups pushing their services and nothing is being done with the evidence they are creating. Even technology is becoming too big of an industry and they are pushing sales of their technology which replaces workers. We need to have people working.

The most intelligent way is usually the simplest way.

It does seem like the people of the west are having their Arab Spring in their own way by rejecting the old political ideas and the traditional practitioners of them in favour of the unknown and untested.

It seems the revolution will be televised after all.
Power to the People.

Whose revolution though? We all disagree on certain topics. I hate to think about it but a civil war just might put the wrong people in power. Antifa... # them fascists fighting "fascism". 4chan # those people mooching off the accomplishments of the very few while pretending they are divine and not mooching little #s. A revolution is seemingly needed but we gotta be cautious, the victor will write history weather you like it or not.

The revolution is us vs them , the political elite who have failed their citizens for generations following their own agenda and enriching friends and donors while the people who pay the bills get the short end of the stick time after time.

The old guard is ending , bring on the knew because what they were selling wasn't working.

We are the people and we have the power.

That remains to be seen , Brexit was a big political shift here and many weren't happy but all is fine , no riots just a couple of demonstrations and some grumbling Scots.
Our revolutions are more civilised in the west.

Macron is the same open border preaching type like the dumb bitch Merkel. Those people who vote for them are completely delusional and live in a fantasy world where everything is rainbows and unicorns. We had a new court case where a f#cking pos rapist got scot free because he didn't know what no and stop meant. The immigrants and refugees from the islamic countries follow a culture that clashes with the western values on all fronts. They don't understand the differences between consensual sexual intercourse and rape.

Germany is overrun with court cases where islamic refugees rape men, women and children without knowing that this is f#cking wrong. They just don't care. I'm f#cking furious that Islam made me do it is now a viable defense in a german court. The absolute moronic thing is that they wouldn't dare to rape people in there own country because the family of the victims would beat the living sh!t or out right kill them for doing this. I'm at a point where enough is enough. F#ck all the islamic degenerates and there baltant disregard for the law of the countries who took them in. I do hope Merkel has realized by now that we need to get rid of people who don't want to respect our western values. If need be just kill those f#ckers and be done with it. F#ck i'm sick and tired of hearing this bs on a daily basis. This is not normal behavior and certainly not how you show gratitude for our help.

Vote LePen or i guarantee the same will happen in France. There is nothng wrong with safe and secure borders. F#ck the gloablists and there agenda. Their hands are soaked in the blood of all the innocent victims.

There is still the possibility Le Pen emerges as the winner of the 1st round. If not, it will be a disappointment because two or three years ago, it was generally accepted she would lead after the 1st round. Even 22% is disappointing, I had expected better.

Anyway, it might end up around 70-30 to Macron so no Frexit, not even close...

Brexit is one issue. People agreeing behind 1 issue shouldn't be seen as anything more than just that. Their might be complacency on either side, the losing for feeling defeated and the winning for winning. Tensions could be dropping for many other reasons.

PS, if you guys could fix my grammar for me. I don't always recognize my issues with grammar so it's nice to have some pointed out. No joke.

Do you think she'll be able to stand with both of the defeated parties now backing Macron? How closely are you following?

The Brexit result was 52% leave to 48% remain with much of Scotland voting to remain , I don't think there was much agreement behind the issue.
Brexit was a political revolution for my country and until a couple of years ago it was unthinkable we would leave the EU , Revolutions don't have to involve guns and violence , sometimes they come via the ballot box.

PS
Your grammar is fine.

Exactly!

Hell brexit was the biggest warning of them all! And the EU is still carrying on buisness/corruption as useual.

Yes and that's why we need to kick the EU to the curb rather sooner than later. They threatened to fine the Czech republic because they refused to let more refugees in. The EU is just full of corrupt bullies to further the globalist agenda and nothing more.

Well, I know the punters have got a whole bunch of predictions wrong of late (Brexit, Trump, Planet X and so on), but I am willing to bet the French will not turn to Le Pen in a run off.

Regardless, this is quite alarming for the EU, although I expect they'll ignore and carry on regardless. "The French, who are they"?, says the man from Luxembourg.

One step closer?

Macron made it through, so the chances of Frexit are non existent - he easily wins a run off.
He's a stooge for Brussels.
