??!? Really?!? With everything going on in the world and you are worried about how KFC launches chicken into space?

The first thing I would ask is why they want to send fried chicken to space.

What???

You mean why Wouldn't you want to send fried chicken to space???

Everyone loves fried chicken man!!

could be the fact that to get into space today your gonna need to hop a ride on a soviet spacecraft. either way seems like a whole lot of nothing to me

"Of the commercially available launchers, the Russian Semyorka (aka Soyuz) is number one in many ways. First, it is by far the most used: 1,698 Semyorka have been launched in 52 years—one every 11 days!" The Space Review www.thespacereview.com...

The Vostok looks even more retro than the Saturn V.

Simple.

Now I do really wonder at that?.

Her name was apparently Lyuidmila but to this day the Russian's do not officially confirm this, the transmission was captured by some italian radio ham's whom may also have captured other cosmonaut transmission's before Gagarin, there have long been rumor's that both the Soviet's and the US have lost astronaut's in space on early mission's but that some Soviet mission's went ahead even though they knew they could not bring them back safely.
It may be that the name was really chosen to honor this poor soul despite whatever back story the Russian's may have for it today.

But as for KFC today using the Russian's space program, well that is still very funny.

So the quick little scene when you see the sandwich through the window of whatever craft it could be. Because of the round window...it's Russian...lol

Did you even LOOK AT THE PICTURES!
Sheesh! The rocket on the KFC emblem is a SOVIET SPACECRAFT.

KFC needs to get back to doing the one thing they used to do right.
Originial Recipe chicken.
The chicken they now call originial recipe is not the originial recipe.
Original original recipe was all moist and delicious, you would take a bite and grease would run down your chin...
So good.
Now it sucks.

I blame fat people.

...And liberals.

I blame liberal fat people.

They haven't changed the recipe. They changed the fryers they used.

You know NASA uses Russian space craft to get to the ISS, right?

Between Russia and the US space is about the only thing we can get along together about.

The Russian's also 'rent' the use of their rockets for the proper price. Money talks.

The Russian Soyuz spacecraft is legit.

oh theyve changed many of the recipes they used to use. the gravy for one has been changed. theres a documentary on how KFC came about and if u watch it youll notice the chicken looks completely different then it does today. it also used to take all day to make some of the things so its pretty obvious why theyve gone different routes. just not feasible to do some things the old fashioned way and make the profits they want. chicken portions seem to have gone downhill ever since the KFC chicken abuse scandal. in my area a certain demographic (not a race to be clear) known for being cheap by their own admission has bought most of the franchises and since then they skimp on everything, even watering down the gravy so it tastes terrible. oversight is lacking by HQ and needs to get in there and bring things back to a better standard.

As a food source, KFC is pretty gross to me, a Vegetarian of 25 years.

However, I was going to mention that traditional falafel tastes kind of the same as the coating on KFC. I believe the secret spice is turmeric, which is pretty good for you....especially with some black pepper.
