Nobody would take me yet. Said not enough beds. So I've been trying to rehab myself. It's a nice slice of hell.

I also stopped the celexa. It was making the chatter much more prominent, to the point of insanity.

You might get a jump on rehab with attendance to AA or NA. 12 steps to freedom!

I found a lot more Hedderman videos online.

He makes a lot of good points, but I'm not fond of how he tries to explain away God and make anything else a higher power.

I can say that if what was going on with me wasn't physical, then Seroquel wouldn't be helping.

I am not sure you have understood him if you believe he is trying to explain away God and make 'everything else' a higher power.
