Hey, we've all been there once or twice over the years. Keep him occupied with cheetos hidden in places he needs to look for to keep him outa your hair !

My dad has early onset dementia, it's very hard

It's a lost cause for me as my dad thinks he knows everything and wants to be the boss of everyone

Zazz, my best friend who I spent time with today...she lost her Mom about 4 or 5 weeks ago and she had either dementia or that other similar disease. It was very sad for her too, but she was soooo amazing with her Mom and knows she is now in a better place. I have an idea what you are going through. Hugs my sweet friend!

Yes Night, that video does bring up some tears. It takes time for all of us to deal with our losses but in time we know we can get through it.

Thanks again Blue! I guess I'm just sad right now because today is Dad's Birthday, May 9th will make ten years since he passed away and then Mother's day after that without my Mom. I'll be ok. Hugs and sweet dreams!

Okay, gotta to dash back to work. It's been busy days lately, and I'm absolutely exhausted. For some reason or another this world runs on money (I mean, whose idea was that? ) though, so no breaks for this Swanne!

Oh, but before I go, I've got a bit of a news. The ANN (Asgardia News Network) is currently checking about running an article about my scientific theories. I try not to get my hopes too high, because I doubt they'll do it, but it'd be pretty neat if they do do it. (yes, that last sentence makes sense, I double checked)

Hi Everybody!

I'm here today spending my time on the dark side of ATS.
I found a thread early this morning and have been researching and reading for 7+ hours.

This all correlates to my daughter's recent health issues (seizures) and as her mom I am stressing big time (also looking for answers).

I don't have much of a sense of humour today, and am going off site following links, etc. Just a wee explanation for my presence here (or lack thereof). I will include the link to the thread if anyone is curious, but please don't feel obligated as this is personal to me and may not be of interest to anyone else.

The OP is our Shed-Brother-Mod-bigfatfurrytexan, and I'm ever so grateful for the article and information he posted. (I believe my responses begin on page 2)
