"President Obama and his successors in the Oval Office are not obligated to make public the names of individuals visiting the White House, according to a decision of the federal Circuit Court for the District of Columbia made public Friday. "
Oh hell yes they are.
After making the arrogant statements about how 'the current administration is the most transparent in US history'.
Yet another nail that bursts that demagogic bubble.

Yeah that $25,000.00 sure will take a bite out of our budget.
Thank god for donald trump.
Obama was sued to release the white house visitors log and lost in court. You can now request a copy through freedom of information. However posting it is just silly. Add to that they edit it removing who ever they wanted what'd the point of putting it up. The reason it was posted was to simply through people off the track.
Since the people were removed the list meant nothing

Has Trump claimed his is the most transparent presidency of all time? If he has, you have a great point.
"What we've seen in government for so often is that people have been shady -- about their roles, hiding things, not releasing things."
"When is it enough? At some point, the level of transparency has exceeded any modern president in terms of who's involved," Spicer continued

Does his spokesperson count?

We could ask Trump himself about it...but he has given only 1 solo news conference since being elected President.

That is specifically about the transition. White house logs have nothing to do with that. Try again?

It's about Trump's transition. No interpretation necessary.
