Rachel Maddow questioned why the WHITE HOUSE spokesman job went to this inept guy, Spicer

In the video below, Rachel Maddow was pretty hard on White House spokesman Sean Spicer and his numerous gaffes.

Come on, Rachel, the poor guy may have dyslexia to which his gaffes can be attributed. I have mild dyslexia; it doesn’t mean that I am stupid; it doesn’t mean that I am inept.

More importantly, Rachel, you have to understand that Sean Spicer must be under tremendous pressure having to report to a CRAZY PERSON!



Rachel, you asked why the White House spokesman job was awarded to Sean Spicer. This is easily answered: no one else wanted a job reporting to a CRAZY PERSON!!!

I can't bear to watch that woman / man.

Spicer has a tough job having to think on the spot on how to answer for Trump.
I think he's doing pretty good.
He screwed up mentioning Hitler.

This Rachel Madcow is really one piece of ... undelight. And one good legit reason to avoid crappy news network. She really does not evoke anything pleasent - there's a brown aura around her. Back in 50s she'd be in an institute getting electric shocks, but today ... well,eh, she runs her own looney toons.

Maddow could not be more tedious to listen to...honestly, I'd rather listen to a press conference with Sean Spicer answering questions than listen to Maddow deflect her own shortcomings onto someone else's.

Why does she still have a show?

And why does Spicer still have a job?

Both need to walk hand-in-hand to the unemployment office.

Oh I don't know maybe because she's an accomplished journalist.
Maybe it's her ability to actually research her material. Maybe it's the dedicated staff that assist her and on whom she heaps praise? She did a few years as a foreign correspondent, maybe it's that. There are probably many reasons why she's risen up through the ranks from reporter to hosting her own show five nights a week.
There really is no question as to how she got her job.




Oh and it's probably not wise to mention her looks the way you did. It could almost be construed as homophobic.

Spicer has a tough job. I think it would be difficult for anyone. However, he has shown a significant lack of breadth of knowledge about things and a penchant for faux pas and alternative facts. Perhaps someone could handle it better?

Nah. She's guilty of over-hyping that taxes thing, and on occasional other stories she overdoes the coverage, beating a dead horse so to speak.

That being said, I find most of her stories to have depth and context, and a well researched point of view, even if I don't always agree with her conclusions 100% of the time. I find I often learn a great deal listening to her.
