As a South African,watching the way the world is going,i am curious as to what the members of ATS think of Ms. Gabriel's dissection of Islam,and the state of the Middle East.

I agree with her.

It's a political movement taking advantage of our protection of religion.

I have watched many video`s of Brigitte and think she is an outstanding woman.

Where she grew up in Lebanon with educated Muslim neighbours as friends of her family, when the Muslim Brotherhood came into Lebanon these so called friends changed and became barbaric, Brigitte and her elderly parents lived underground in hiding for 7 years and learnt to eat dandelions to survive, while expecting France America etc somebody to come and help, though nobody came, finally someone came, Israel, the very people Brigitte had been educated to hate through their Arabic Israel hating TV Media.

Now she is a staunch Israel supporter, through first hand experience, while being labeled a racist bigot etc from many in the West because she stands against Islam and for good reason.

All I got from her wikipedia page was that she is another run of the mill anti-Muslim bigot who lumps all muslims in the same basket.

Miss. Gabriel makes a living of spewing crap and pandering to people's fears. She is especially very popular among uneducated grumpy old straight insecure christian white males residing in or close to the american "Bible belt".

Ms. Gabriel is (in my opinion) a very brilliant lady that I am very fond of. I have never met her nor have I ever seen her in person but love her as a exceptional human. I wish that this world was full of that type of people but sadly it is not. As an American I am ashamed of a great many of our people, both male and female, in their mean spirited and hate filled existence.
