Same as in the other thread.

What in the actual f)(#????

News breaks that Syria used gas on children, next day were launching missiles at their infrastructure. Preceded by HRC coming out of the basement to say "Hay guyz!! I would totally lauch missiles at their airfields!"

Red flags should be raised in minds across the world.

Clinton made her statements hours ago calling for strikes and now it's happening. She seemed to know before the rest of us. Definitely red flags.

There is no reasonable way to defend Trump's actions here. This just doesn't make any sense.

This is reckless, dangerous.

The best thing he could do is stop now and not do anything else before this escalates out of control.

Yeah her treasonous moles are probably still hanging around in government handing out classified information like candy, but we all already knew that.

Good point. I think it's safe to say Trump isn't in bed with Russia at this point. Maybe that's another reason for this. Sheesh.

Not a good move IMO, it didn't even go though congress as far as I know...Not to mention this whole thing reeks of 2013 when Kerry, McCain and Obama were pulling for "limited strikes" when there was more evidence that the "rebels" did the chem attack.

Yep!

Buckle up folks. This is just the beginning!

These were prophecies about her during the campaign. Are you American? Obama was ready to attack Syria but Congress stalled. That is when Russia stepped in for Syria.

I'm sorry but where was even the slightest hint of approval from Congress? This literally went down with 24-48 hours and nothing was even ran by Congress? Does this #ing clown understand how this #ing country works!???

Even further, where is the uproar by Congress over not getting any kind of approval?

Didn't Trump just say, the other day, that he was Americas President...not President of the World!? I sure as # don't see it.

Does not anyone find it strange that media organization tweeted that they would cover the airstrikes and chemical weapons attack, the day before the actual chemical attack?? is that not a bit strange to some people??

No, nothing to see here I am certain.

Shayrat airbase was the target. The Syrians operate Sukhoi Su-22 Fitters from that airbase.

Police action.

I heard they are going to paint "police" in twenty foot tall letters on the side of US aircraft carriers, just to remind everyone.

I guess you forgot when Obama attacked Libya without congressional approval. The president does have the authority to take such an action.

Yeah they won't need them to fight the Islamic State. Who needs ground attack aircraft?

Well that escalated quickly.

I do have to wonder if the timing is to show China Trump means business on NK..

Watch Russia.

Russia is rational, watch North Korea and Iran. Either or both are serious risks to take this as an opportunity to get uppity and try something.

More like Iran and N Korea will go slink back in their holes and wait 8 years till the scary Trump is gone.

That will depend on whether the leadership in those two countries believes their own horsesnip or not. Do the Ayatollahs actually believe their deity will help them smite the great white Satan and that those who fall for the glory of Iran will receive their 70 virgins and a seat at allah's table? Does Kim Jong Un actually believe that he's descended from gods, able to stand at the borders of North Korea and demand any weapons fired towards Pyongyang immediately turn around and fly straight back at the heads of whichever country fired them? How batcrap crazy are those nation's leaders?

I think Putin will let Trump slide on this. It was a targeted strike against a Syrian military asset.

Assad gassed a bunch of civilians, I would think Putin has a little more class than Assad.
