Almost all of the present socialist parties in Eastern Europe used to be communist parties. They just labelled themselves with a more acceptable apellation after the collapse of the communism.

He was not the direct perpetrator. He incited and ordered the perpetration of those horrible acts. Your reference to ICTY has nothing to do with what really happened. It's merely a formal consideration.

Dig the pit prior to everyone joining the party. March them into it then push the dirt over. Based on the average person being 6-7 sq ft of space and a 10 foot deep pit, you re looking at about 1.4 acres. This could be dug out in a day, so it really just depends on how quickly you can put 8500 people in it.

Actually what should have been done, immediately after that the film was shot, was transfer it by depache to the UN headquarters of DutchBat in The Netherlands, and they should have it get published in the world media ASAP. So the film should have been sneaked out the DutchBat camp, through enemy lines, by a secret agent (spy).

OK this is talking backwards, anyone can do that, anyone can know it better, I admit I don't have all the info, I was not on the compound, I was not in the same situation as the Dutchbatters, but in this scenario the mass executions could maybe for the greater part be prevented.
