If the girl was unhappy or unwilling or whatever then my view would be different, but this is only illegal because US law asserts that 17 year olds are not mature enough to consent to sex.
I was sexually active way before I was 16, the age of consent in the UK, even enjoyed sex with my mates mother at 15. That wasn't abuse, it was fantastic.
18 for sex and 21 for alcohol, lol at America.
