But .... but John gives plenty of time to your hero guys in the segment! Truly! He actually shows clips of Alex Jones in action, and quotes Breitbart verbatim. With visual aids and everything. Actual footage.
He acknowledges all of the sources that you revere. He reveals their on-camera stuff.....shows you what they're doing in the next room.
I'm brave enough and honest enough to watch Alex Jones. Can you be honest enough to watch John Oliver? Or is it too scary?











See, here's the thing. I have been trying really hard to find some middle ground. I have been looking at the sources you all hold up as valid. I have doubted my own sanity. I have looked outside, and under the bed, and in the closets....and still, I don't see any reason to think that Trump is competent, or that our country is going in the right direction.

If you are not willing to watch the opposition's stance, why should I continue to look at yours?
Oh....because I would like us to find some common ground.

Ive never seen his show so I'm really just asking. My understanding is that his comedic stick is to replay news and other video clips out of context in order to create satirically amusing bits.

Is this correct?

Yeah not really.... John Oliver tends to relay real information and inject humor. Not out of context-- very much in context-- pointing out the absurd.

See, I don't understand this comment. Because it's a blatantly obvious fact to anyone with a Twitter account that Donnie watches fox and reads breitbart, then tweets or talks about stuff he's seen.
