Trump does not seem concerned by Flynn

Seems that I had it all wrong. Just last night I was telling myself how trump must be #ting is pants right now at the idea of flynn coming clean.

Not only is he no afraid he is even encouraging it.

Trump tweeted 30min ago:

"Mike Flynn should ask for immunity in that this is a witch hunt (excuse for big election loss), by media & Dems, of historic proportion!"

If someone falls it surely wont be Trump. Unless this is a mindgame he is playing.

Even though I did not vote Trump or really like him, the man looks innocent of any wrong doing in regards to colluding with Russia pre election.

Yes. I'm not seeing anything that suggests Flynn has any damaging info about Trump. On the contrary, Flynn's statement talks about how he's been subject to endless unfair attacks, Democrats calling him a traitor, etc. He just wants to make sure they're not going to railroad him into some BS charge.

Flynn gets immunity , then still claims there is no wrong doing.. then there is no leverage to make Flynn talk, he already has immunity..

That's why the DOJ turned him down...

However if they actually have Flynn Cold busted and it is 30 years, or snitch on trump??

Snitch on trump and cause his downfall was what I thought Flynn was up to.

I know it's way more fun to play let's interfere with President Trump at every turn, however you do realize Gen Flynn was in the military for 30+ years. Since that would be Bush 41, Clinton, Bush 43, and Obama's administration, I'm willing to bet he's got quite a story to tell. And remember, then President Obama fired him...I wonder why? I'm thinking the immunity is likely to protect him from inadvertently releasing classified information...since there is only one person that seems to have natural immunity from that offense.

This could be a ploy to get the MSM to draw attention to something thats gonna be good for them?

Until he testifies we dont know what he has to say about anything so its just as easy to conclude he is going to testify about Trump as he is stuff he knew about from before Trump.

Well all find out soon, no point slinging mud now coz at least some of us are gonna look very silly and dirty come next week

So when five of Clintons aides were granted immunity Flynn said that if you "ask for immunity you've probably committed a crime". If Flynn asks for it he's innocent and it's to protect himself from a witch hunt? Interesting isn't it.

Oh he's gone radio silent in the past.
Usually right after a disastrous tweet. His handlers can occasionally get him to act normal or at least reign him in.
In this case I believe they have had to pull in the law and explain to him the seriousness of this and are advising him to put down the can of lighter fluid before it all goes up in smoke.

That was his lawyers statement. Flynn is also persona non grata.

Flynn may have dirt on the previous administration (that he was appointed by and worked for).

Well he's still under the impression there was a hugh loss or I guess for him a hugh win. Poor baby... reality is so hard for him to grasp.
He can't understand even the simplest concepts like Hillary got three million more votes than him.
He thinks the IC is doing this because Hillary lost. He thinks in the simplest childish terms.I bet he doesn't even understand how serious this is.

My thought is his asking for immunity is part of the play. He has something, but not on Trump...i think he can implicate someone else and Trump knew this was the play all along.

He worked in an entirely different roll in the Obama administration.
And he was fired because he was considered a loose cannon prone to engage in conspiracy theories.
He doesn't have anything on Obama. He's looking to save his skin in this Russia thing.
Plain and simple.

Trump got in with a mandate to drain the swamp, He has been ready for a while for the court cases to begin. Maybe it is a good thing he reinstated the private prison system as there will be a lot of beds needed once it all starts to unravel.

Even if Flynn says Trump conspired with Russia, there is no audio, photo, video, text evidence. You need physical evidence to indict, because people can lie, especially someone who has bad moral character like Flynn.
