Important Video Testimony for all ATS Members To Watch - The Voice to Skull Atrocity

Hello ATS,

The USA, China, Russia, the U.K., Germany, France, Israel, Japan, India and Saudi Arabia are the main players in a lethal directed energy weapons arms race which is changing the landscape of modern warfare. At the core of this arms race are what's called psychotronic or neuroweapons which interfere with the brain's electromagnetic field. Glimpses of this technology can be seen in articles like this (Plane Flown With Mind - Wired) in which a pilot flies a plane around Seattle with his mind, and this article (Thought Powered Prosthetic - Engadget ), in which DARPA reveals how prosthetics can be controlled by "the weak magnetic waves that are produced by thoughts," and this article (Thought Reading Robot - Wired), in which "the brain waves from the passengers get used by the car to adjust its own behavior."

Mind control is now mainstream which begs the question, "What are the USA's military capabilities when it comes to directed energy weapons that affect the mind?"

The following video testimony is provided by a victim of this research. The video describes in detail what it's like to be put into a non-consensual psychotronic weapons testing program in which every aspect of the technology is revealed incrementally over the course of twelve years.

The video is long but contains a lot of graphics and really conveys what's like to be tortured. It's probably the best actual testimony describing these attacks, and the horrifying situations victims are put into, available on the internet.

The first 50 minutes provides a very good overview of the above ground voice to skull technology (reported by Jeremy Scahill and others) being used in Afghanistan and Iraq, and the below ground psychotronic voice to skull technologies which Russia admits to investing heavily in, and has made illegal, but the USA has protected. This USA's decision to "protect" this technology, and the military subcontractors that develop and test it, has created gaping holes in federal and state laws which provide no legal recourse to anybody who falls victim to an attack or testing. Only Michigan and Massachusetts have laws on the books that protect against remote interference with your neurons.

I wasn't taking the piss bud, chill. I was just staying on topic with mind control. Do I think it's real? You're f#cking right I do. I've encountered many people who've been mind controlled by others. To think that the government wouldn't be able to do that is just naive.

I can appreciate a lot of research being put into this because many years ago, cant remeber when now, a UFO was shot down in the US somewhere and when they interviewed the occupants, they asked the entity about control of the craft and the entity said the craft was an extension of themselves and they controlled the craft with their minds.

I'm just impressed with how healthy the toe nails look. You know, they say toes nails can show a persons true health.......

As I was intimating upthread, all I have to do is pick up a random cellulitis or burn photo off of millions on the net, make up a nonsense story about how a voice death ray burned me for reading something on the net and voila! I'm a mind control celebrity!

Talk about psychic self defense huh? Well sure, some wave lengths can trigger responses; physical, mental, and emotional.

Best to get in complete control of those.

By gaining complete control over your mental faculties... not having complete control over ones mental faculties already puts quite a few at a disadvantage for being controlled or manipulated... to have specific signals targeted for such? Well, even more of a need to get ones mental faculties under complete control.

Meditation is my suggestion, many types but I suggest the sort; where the mind is hitched to a singular focus and brought back over and over again until it ceases being all over the place with you chasing it like trying to catch a buttery fly in a net. Instead grab it and hitch it to a post, then it becomes a tool worth something, then move it to mindfulness of exactly what one is doing as one is doing it with the mind hitched to simply seeing if repetition of what one is doing is required when seeing? Then do so otherwise leap off into mental quiescence, where there is no thought in what one is doing just the action and fully present in awareness when doing so.

That doesn't mean such wave lengths won't be triggered, but you certinally will become aware of the states rising in response to such a thing when there is no stimulus for them present for which to occur. Nomally without such training that would be the mind and it's errant thoughts as a trigger for them, nothing there in the way of thought occuring as a trigger then the only thing left is going to be wavelength manipulation. Of course that does not mean by DARPA or any other agency but others as that typically occurs as well unseen but on a subconscious level as others minds transmit these waves as well.

Historically such things have been called "vibes" and not the sort that require batteries.

It's a sore subject for me. Victims are tortured and demeaned all day long, year after year, and then have to deal with the outside world's disbelief because the US is such a puss they have to keep the tech in the realm of their "warrior class" whose academic pursuits consist of war colleges and then books about war they can brag about reading to their "peers." Victims' jobs and careers are taken from them and then they're blamed or socially isolated for not being financially secure; they're dealing with ongoing death threats made against their families that they know are real but their families don't so they treat them like #; they're dealing with something so much different, that requires just as much (IF NOT MORE) courage than what 99% of veterans have dealt with, unless maybe they've been POWs. They're woman and men being raped all night and tossed around like rag dolls in their cars and houses but they have to try to work or go to school the next day, and interact socially, as if nothing happened. The list goes on and on. They've done the things that are deserving of our country's highest awards, but they'll never be given them, because they know they'll most likely be killed or pushed into suicide. The trolls of world will never know pain like theirs. Watching the comments here is one of the most pathetic displays of by-standing and human cowardice, but it's SO uniquely American.
