Advocating violence against those you disagree with is something an arsehole would say. Nonetheless, I would stick up for you when the punches started coming your way. Violence against those whose only crime is thinking and speaking is a sign that the argument against them is lost, or the assaulter doesn't know how to argue his beliefs, one or the other.

You're missing what I'm getting at. It's my own little way of describing the social dynamics at play in "supremacy", as far as I ever notice.

Sociologically speaking, racism is but a primal form of tribalism. Therefore any type of racial supremacy is but a form of tribalist supremacy. A list of the myriad of forms of human tribalism would be endless. Of my typical concerns are macro scale forms of tribalism / tribalist movements. Political movement = tribalist movement.

This may sound silly, to take the ugly face of racism and apply to other stuff, but look at the world. People gang stalk over football teams (hooliganism), people fight over race, genocides of class struggles (Tutsi's vs. Hutu's), and so on.

With religion, a lot of atheist's go as far as insisting that all wars were the results of religion (which is absolutely absurd).

Of course in the minds of atheist's, atheism isn't a religion. Neuropsychologically speaking, pretty much any kind of ideology can grow to take on the same kind of socio-cognitive effects as a religion.

To me blind faith and evangelism pretty much seal the deal on this.

Factor in intense infighting, HATE, and hyper-competitiveness and now we're in the territory of SUPREMACY. Look up the Spanish Inquisition and tell me that wasn't religious supremacy. Now consider the Cold War.

And now ponder American partisanship. Already 10 years ago it was a state of perpetual Democrat vs. Republican supremacy infighting. And now look at today; the election we just had; the riots; the beatings; the mass/murders; the screams for IMPEACHMENT before dude was even in office.

All tribalism; tribalist supremacy.

It truly is fascinating how obsessed people get over racial supremacy, while being completely in denial about all the rest.

While what is frightening is when political movements start converging all of these kinds of macro-social identities into hardened super-identities, when the blind rabid obsessionism humans tend to with any of them individually is already the catalyst for potential genocide.
