Why do they care about Twitter's social media website then? Shouldn't all good conservatives not be using evil, liberal-owned social media networks?

Doesn't work this way. This is a social site and communication platform that all of America uses and should have full access to. That's like saying well, if conservatives don't like just getting the last page of every newspaper well too bad. We are entitled to news just like everyone else. Just like with the baker, this is discrimination.

You can usually take anything they say they're doing and assume the opposite is true.

Plus they love to thing they're being persecuted by everyone!!! Nothing gives them more pleasure than to droll on endlessly about how often they're being silenced or repressed and how the whole world is after them. Which is BS of course. They'll be on every radio and TV station complaining about how nobody allows them to speak. It would be funny if it wasn't so damn insane.

I didn't asked if you cared, I just pointed out that your post was a ridiculous generalisation.

For a party of people who want to be all bad-ass, self sufficient and tough, they do sure love to bitch and moan about being persecuted and marginalized ... despite having both the legislative and executive branches on their "side". They were victims during Obama's 8 years and their STILL victims today. Amazing. Simply amazing.

It's the quantum conservative effect.

They are two things at the same time. Just like entangled quantum particles are in two places at the same time.

On one hand they're rugged, self-sufficient, self-reliant, personally responsible, tough, brave, no-nonsense people.

At the same time they're persecuted, marginalized, attacked, beaten down, generalized, laughed at, ridiculed, and censored.

So you see, they are...in effect, quantum conservatives. They exist in two opposing states at the very same time.

I'm not sure how their heads don't explode from the complete opposite beliefs they have. I suspect they're using some kind of double speak to keep the cognitive dissonance from consuming them and making them have full-on mental break downs.
