There is a very private and exclusive island resort there where he won't be bothered, while most likely working on his memoir. If I was writing a book, a beautiful private island resort is where I'd like to be writing it.

If it is true, as BBC, and many other outlets reported, that they were rejected twice for warrants at the FISA court .. perhaps there was no probably cause, and it was invented. If there was probably cause, why did it take them 3 times to get the warrant?

The first two paragraphs below are quite telling...

Contrary to earlier reporting in the New York Times, which cited FBI sources as saying that the agency did not believe that the private server in Donald Trump’s Trump Tower which was connected to a Russian bank had any nefarious purpose, the FBI’s counter-intelligence arm, sources say, re-drew an earlier FISA court request around possible financial and banking offenses related to the server.

The first request, which, sources say, named Trump, was denied back in June, but the second was drawn more narrowly and was granted in October after evidence was presented of a server, possibly related to the Trump campaign, and its alleged links to two banks; SVB Bank and Russia’s Alfa Bank.

While the Times story speaks of metadata, sources suggest that a FISA warrant was granted to look at the full content of emails and other related documents that may concern US persons.

There was no probable cause. The fear that Trump was colluding with Russia was manufactured by Obama and friends, in order to persuade the judge to allow the wiretap after it was originally unwarranted.

Why did Obama allegedly use the same server to build a case (after being denied initially), to wiretap Trump? It looks like he seized the opportunity to cast doubt and convinced the courts that it was necessary to view the entire contents of each exchange.

It was his ticket in, but in the end, produced nothing of value. He was spying on Trump based on false pretenses. The WHOIS and Archive.org information was changed. Unless someone here can explain why and how, that is a big NO-NO.

A FISA warrant requires probable cause. This probable cause has not been revealed. Let's wait until it has been made public. In any event, the FBI was not ordered to obtain the warrant by President Obama, as Trump's 3 AM tweet alleges.

The source that leaked the story would have said so. They did not.

Yep! A great place to write his "memoirs" from. Heck he might even find someone over there to actually buy them after published. I figure it would be cheaper than toilet paper and hold almost the same value.

Was the source privy to a private conversation between only 2 people? It's likely impossible to prove either way if the order started with Obama. Considering other things Obama did (wiretap 20 journalists) it's very plausible he is also behind this.

Now add in they have done (Obama's camp) to hide wiretapping that involved Trump it is highly suspicious. Where were these denials in January when the media was blasting Trump saying he was wiretapped and it made him look guilty .. nowhere to be found when the story benefited them.

There wouldn't be warrants without probable cause.

HINT in this trump fantasy the story needs there to not be any warrants. Warrants in this case are a very very bad thing for trump.
Get the story straight. Warrants bad for his case. No warrants good for his case.
