I understand that I'm no legal expert but how in the heck can they boil a person and then get no punishment? You don't just accidentally bold someone unless you're mentality handicapped or just plain evil.
I would expect, for the guards not to be punished and this deemed an accident death, there must have been an investigation that showed that the guards were unaware of a failure had occurred and the water temperature was too extreme?

We no longer have the rule of law. If we did, there would be justice. This surely doesn't seem to be it, and I don't care what the man in question may have done before going to prison.
He may have raped children to death, but that doesn't mean you boil him to death.
