30 countries are not taking back their criminal illegal aliens from the US. But the US is still issuing visas and this is a privilege to these countries.

Approximately 30 countries are refusing to accept the deportations of illegal immigrants who have committed serious crimes in the U.S., according to Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar.

While these countries are refusing to accept the deportations of these criminals, the U.S. government is still issuing visas and student visas to citizens of those countries, according to the Texan congressman. There is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals, but according to Cuellar, the U.S. is not enforcing it. “We’re not enforcing it, which is amazing.

So if the country of origin will not take their criminal illegal aliens back, then they are released back into the US. So if the countries will not take them back it effects nothing with the other dealings with the US, like worker visas and tourist visas. This is silly.

“That means you’re releasing criminals into our streets because those countries refuse to take back those criminal aliens,” said Cuellar. “That’s wrong. And especially I think it’s even worse that this is already on the books, and we’re still issuing business tourist visas and student visas to countries that refuse to take back their criminal aliens. That’s wrong, and we’re hoping to change that.”

Rep Henry Cuellar said he understands that diplomacy is needed, but it is important that these criminals not be returned to American streets. He wants to restrict the visas to countries that refuse to take back their criminal illegal aliens.

Cuellar noted that he understands the importance of diplomacy in these situations, but that it also important to prevent convicted criminals from returning to American neighborhoods. He told Attkisson that he plans to push for the U.S. government to withhold visas from countries that refuse to take back their convicted criminals.

Most likely the reasons those bad people are here are the same reasons they don't want them back in their home countries.

It's easier all around when you can make your problems someone else's.

Has the USA become a dumping ground for some of those countries?

Just absurd...their own countries wont let them back in...so we should keep them?...paying in any number of ways?

Im not very PC but why should law abiding civilized people have to pay to keep criminals particularly violent ones?

I guess we could send them all to Antarctica? Otherwise [operation dumbo and airdrop their asses in their home countries.

Apparently. Like a move out of Fidel Castro's playbook (when 'we' were enemies).

Not entirely unlike the film SCARFACE, complete with coke!

Yes, there are many ways to twist their arms.

Like China, most favored trade status? Seems like this would be small potatoes to a country that kills many many prisoners.

Absolute Bullsh1t,

By doing this it would mean they are refusing that person to enter their rightful sovereign place of birth, case in point although a different situation was here in the UK where copious amounts of brain washed pedo following morons went to Syria to fight with ISIS.. It was then said to refuse these people access back to the UK..

The court of human rights (I believe it was) quickly stepped up and gently reminded people that a sovereign nation has zero jurisdiction to remove the right of that person to return to their rightful home...

Long and short you cannot leave someone in limbo with no way to come back to their rightful country, any half decent prosecutor would tear that legislation to pieces..

Any country has the right to remove illegal aliens if they are a criminal or not, pass them onto the authorities at the other end and wash your hands of them.

The only thing I would add...the fed reserve/world banking and property evaluation has caused alota this as a byproduct of a a broken system.

I am not without a heart...but the reason people leave their own nation for another enmasse needs to be addressed before I show any further compassion

I'm not amazed that Department of State is the big cause of this happening, in that they push to continue issuing visas to people from these countries that aren't accepting their deportees back. And they do it, as was pointed out by Rep. Cuellar, "in the name of diplomacy."

Really? REALLY? Somalia of all countries is in a position to cry foul when we stop issuing their people visas because they won't take their criminal element back? Zimbabwe? Libya?

Screw our laws and our people, we need to be diplomatic to Somalia because....reasons!

Okay, so let those nations begin by sending off their hardcore criminals to teach all us little people on the ground here a nice lesson?

Perhaps if the Democrat's here would stop WORSHIPING the government here they might be able to join hands with the small government right winger types, and the independents, long enough to do something about all that. Instead, it's label all the opposition racist homophobe sexist fascist bigots, and march around in angry mobs beating everyone up.

Like this logic, 'well since Obama and Hillary blew up Syria causing that humanitarianism crisis, instead of go after Obama & Hillary make them pay some consequences, NOPE, We'll lick their boots and start riots at the oppositions political rallies while screaming its our moral obligation to take in all the refugees over here'.

Yup, cut "them" off and you will never ever have a problem with rape, murder, theft, ever again.
White Americans are perfect, and never commit crimes that deserve deportation.
Yup, kick em out, and cut "them" out.
But that doesn't make you 'racist'.

Sleep well little one, sleep well.

That's when you push them out of air planes with parachutes... to land on the embassy's of their home country.

Since when is immigration a non return policy with no warranty?

If there's ever an instance we refuse to accept in our own citizens whom are criminals in other place, then by all means those places should cut us off too.

Or does not thinking like you inherently make me a hypocrite?

The Fed, fractional reserve lending and centralized banks are a scam. And they will kill to keep it that way.

Agreed, but we don't do things like that.

The best thing is Trump could mention this is a comment. This would make them cheese their pants.
