Dreams and mind control

Despite the fact I may be asking something that has already been extensively covered in here, I continue to ask: Has anyone ever considered the potential for using dream interpretation for looking into mind-control, and even such things as are we all part of some grand plan...by some intelligent designer (be that a God or whatever)? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Many thanks for your time
