Hey cant Trump fire all obama judges if he can get the senate to approve it?

I thought Attorney General Jeff Sessions canned a bunch of them late last week?

well trump could use the national guard for a maximum of 90 days and use them to turn people around. See the way you do it is do not let them deboard the aircraft and go through customs. until they touch the ground they are not arrived yet.

That happened during the first hours of the initial Travel Ban. This one guy was turned around and sent back home. He was coming here to see his gravely ill Mother. She died 2 days later. The Mainstream Media focused on that story for 2 days straight.

I think the Protestors must have a direct connection with the Judge's forum. They didn't even bother showing up at the airports today. Maybe the judges who hate President Trump are part of a group, where they decide in advance which one will make the next travel ban null and void.

Which if twisted right can be seen as obstruction of The presidents duties and grounds for dismissal.

When this get to the Supreme Court of the United States and the law is found to be perfectly legal, I want to see each and every judge that has ruled improperly in this case be impeached and removed from the bench for bad behavior. The bad behavior in question would be ignoring the letter of the law.

When will Gorsuch be on the bench?
If this gets to SCOTUS before he's on the bench, it might end up in a tie if the liberals continue playing political games with the nations national security.

This judge was appointed by Obama, this is a purely political decision. This man should be held accountable if anyone from these countries comes in and commit crimes.

Don't forget, Obama was seen in Hawaii yesterday. Wonder if Jarett was with him..

She's probably stuck in Iran with suitcases full of that cash they sent for them to hold after he gets out of office.

I live in Hawaii.
I was born here, my dad was born here, his dad and his mother.
Why should I, my family, my friends be punished for the stupidity of this judge?
Suggesting such is akin to ISIS.

The process begins on Monday. I would say before the end of the month.

The DOJ chose not to take the first case to the Court. There are several other States with suits pending. Is the DOJ going to take all of them to the Court if they arrive at similar decisions?

Did they choose not to take it to SCOTUS because they thought it would end up in a tie without Gorsuch on the bench?

Half a million dead in Syria. The whole country is torn apart. Letting anyone in from Syria without proper vetting is a recipe for disaster.

They were already being vetted. A process that takes a significant amount of time. When Trump says 'extreme vetting' is is no different from what has been done.

Really? Would you like to detail this claim with some side by side figures of the current vetting system as apposed to the one proposed by President Trump? Maybe throw in a few links to back your claim?

Could be. However, they did not seem to have a very strong case. Else, why another attempt? With a "watered down" version?

What system has Trump proposed? (Some links, maybe?)
Is it like the health care system he proposed? Oh, wait. He didn't propose anything, did he?

Is "extreme vetting" similar to "everyone who wants coverage will have it?"

It was Reldra's claim that Trumps proposed "extreme vetting" is no different then what we already have. Perhaps she could provide the necessary information comparing the two since it was her claim in the first place.

Personally, I expect them to come back and say, nope, we can't vet the refugees properly, none are getting in.
Here, we have this solution of safe zones in the region they are in, we will set them up and keep them safe there until things are safe and they can go and rebuild their own country.
Just my thoughts.
I do think that if this EO goes to SCOTUS and Gorsuch is on the bench it will be deemed legal.

Same for visa applications?

Where do you think refugees are while they are awaiting permission to enter? They are in refugee camps for the months that they wait. Because their cities have been destroyed.

Visa applications? Dunno, I'm sure they can vet the majority of people ok.

I'm quite certain you're aware of the administrations plans for safe zones.

Are they like the administration's health care plan? Vaporware?

What's a bad idea? The EO? Yes, I think it's a bad idea for the reason I've stated before. It's counterproductive and does not address the actual danger. That danger being the radicalization of people who are already in the country.
