Confirmed: Treasury says Obama stole from Fannie, Freddie Investors to fund Obamacare

Wow! If this is true and it looks like it is, this is major! Not many news outlets reporting this one. I don't believe the Obama administration had any legal right to do this. They basically stole cash from the private investors. This explains why the legal dividends owed to investors are being withheld well over the allotted time. All just to keep ACA going.. We're talking Multi Billions of dollars here. Still looking into it trying to wrap my brain around the details. This is crazy!!

On Aug. 17, 2012, the Obama administration finalized the amendment of the Treasury Department’s Senior Preferred Stock Agreements with Fannie and Freddie that deprived private and institutional investors of their legally due dividend payments.

This enabled the Obama Treasury Department to confiscate billions of dollars in Fannie and Freddie earnings, in what is known as the “Net Worth Sweep,” or NWS.

The analysis begins with a table entitled “Summary Financial Information,” presented on page 26 of the Treasury Department’s “Agency Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2013.”

Note the first NWS payment was received by Treasury at the end of March 2013.

During that month, the Treasury accounting debited “Commerce and Housing” by $23.770 billion, establishing a pattern where the amounts credited to “Health” and to “Medicare” increased for each of the next two months.

"My headline" is the title of the article. I just removed the all caps. So there's that.

There are other links in the article to follow. I'm doing more digging into this after I finish some work. I'll try and verify that and the rest when I get a little time.

While Fannie and Freddie’s role in the financial crisis is widely acknowledged, what some may have forgotten is how rank cronyism, Enron-style accounting and outright financial fraud made these GSEs so powerful and unaccountable that they were able to wreck our economy.

It's pretty big man, they bypassed Congress and too money from a publicly shared yet federally back company and used it to keep obamacare from imploding.
