I don't want to get into a huge argument about this as its something very very close to my heart and angers me immensely but I will say that every country that has ever been colonised by conquest (or otherwise) normally learns from their conquerors, such as farming, irrigation, road building just like we did when the Romans conquered Britain, and the Normans and so on. Its not a matter of working for the white establishment, its a matter of working full stop. Working to better themselves, working to run their own businesses and farms, working at their education to become doctors specialising in tropical and African diseases. You have no idea of the absolute and utter poverty of some areas, the constant threat of raids by other tribes, you only have to look at the genocide during the Hutu and Tutsi war and the barbarity committed.

Bah not going to get into it as I know debating with you is pointless. Go see for yourself go spend some time in any of the ex colonies in Africa see how they're faring now (well those not now under China's thumb) ask the locals what they would like to see happen, ask them what Government they would prefer a black dictatorship or a white colonial

People forget just what a great Nation the white workers and nationals made of South Africa despite all the horror stories of the white police force etc people also forget that the ANC to whom we handed over all power, is a savage group of terrorist and Mandela was their leader, not some Angel of Humanitarian wonder. People came to SA and outlying states in their droves because life there was so much better than in the rest of Africa with great health care, education, jobs and relative freedom whereas the rest of the African states were poverty stricken and disease ridden and at constant war and suffering famine & drought.

The Afrikaaners are South African and have been for 400yrs even members of the ANC acknowledge this fact. Whilst you bleat about how tough life was for black Africans under colonial rule, let me assure you, from first hand knowledge as far back as the 1960's, what they suffer at the hands of their own is far far worse

Mabey liberalism is a new concept, a Roman soldier that served twenty years was given a farm in Britain as a retirement package, if the locals complained and many did they got a free trip to Rome. You sucked it up, because not only would you benefit personally under roman rule, if you kept your nose clean you could become a citizen, and profit in ways that you never could if their was no occupation. Then after a while the whole land was Romanised, and writing Latin. Then it all fell apart, because they tried to please all of the people all of the time, much the same as we are doing now.
