Right behind that he said to ban self diving cars and stop free trade ...so maybe that's just perception.

The only hard core Trump supporters that I can see are on ATS. Even the conservative GOP people I worked with during the Trump campaign, thought Trump was a dork and his only appeal is that he wasn't Clinton.

Well Some of Trumps plans are out in left Field .A Wall? Wast of resources money and man power just enforce the labor laws illegals cant get a job they have no reason to come here .
Besides the fact walls can keep people in as much as keep them out . Personally I find the fact people are so ready to through away 250 years of fighting for freedom so quickly . Strip searches no problem road side check points no sweat ( no no ID go to jail ooo yae all good ideas we should try them (( opps been done )) zoning for free speech .

Everyone in this site ought to play this.

I think very highly of Tucker and I do not question his honesty but I will say that he hasn't seen the right information yet. Truck driver/transportation jobs.... along with many many others, are going byebye. But there is a plan being worked on.
(Self driving trucks would be an owner/operators dream. Buy a truck, program the route.... and instead of being away from your family for a few days..... you sit home and get payed while the truck does the work.)
There are places experimenting with different versions of a "living wage". The people get an income because they are alive and it is enough to live on. The highest paying one was something like 2700 monthly per adult and if I recall right the other 2 were only around 1300 a month. We are talking a world that very soon will have machines able to to almost everything. A society with a 50% unemployment rate would soon fall into chaos...and you could easily see that climb much higher as machines improve.
So basically the plan is to kill the jobs and put everyone on welfare and give them enough to keep them from revolting. The hope is that people will pursue their interests.... painters will paint..... drawers will draw.... and composers will pose. learners will learn, thinkers will think and we will become better people...... or maybe we will sit around playing video games and posting on forums.







Tucker is a Libertarian. He states this over and over in nearly every interview you see of him. To be "shocked" because he said something sensible tells me that this is the first time you actually listened to a thing he has ever said.
