I recently just finished watching the entirety of Twin Peaks for the first time, and this song from the movie has been on almost constant repeat.

It really just does something for me.

This song and "Sycamore Tree" were my favorites from this soundtrack.

The Sycamore Tree from that movie (Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me) was one of my favorites! I loved that soundtrack. Lost Highway had some great music on it, too.

I recently rewatched We Need to Talk About Kevin and heard this Washington Phillips song--among the first recorded songs (his music was recorded, if I remember correctly, about the same time and in the same place as Blind Willie Johnson).

He made this fabulous instrument himself, and people are still debating what exactly it was (dulcimer?)

This song was perfect for the film.
