Do we have a genetic imbedded memory of a war between good and evil?
I have a memory that does not include pictures. It is of a vague knowledge of war between forces of good and evil that has taken place far back in time, maybe even before time began. I don't remember it like with pictures and stuff, only that it happened.

I do not know how I got this memory. It is just something that I have always had. I remember thinking about it as a little child of 3 or 4. Maybe it is a kind of imbedded memory through my genetic makeup so I was wondering if past events can have a memory passed down in time through our DNA?

I have been googling on the net for research on this and came up only with loosely related topics, very frustrating.

I have asked some of my friends (face2face) if they had this same thing and some have answered yes and some no. I thought I would ask ATS users if anyone has this same thing.

Cherish, you pose an interesting question. According to many religions, there was, is, and will be a battle between good and evil. Could this trauma have generated a genetic change which implanted not a memory but a sense of inate knowledge of good and evil? Is such a thing biologically possible or are we environmentally conditioned as such?

Maybe I should have put this in religion, not sure, but it seems to me that we must have some kind of genetic type memory even of things that have happened in ancient times....but of things to come?

Not sure but this topic has always interested me. I have heard tales of people on earth falling under a blanket of amnesia after being born as human. Maybe this is what I am getting as a vague memory?

We do have a genetic memeory, as does all animals. The part of your expereince that I would question is whether it's a hardwired memory, or the introduction of a stimuli at an early age? By the age of 4, you've already got the good vs. evil framework down.
I know for me, as a young child, when I looked through the huge family bible at the pictures, it showed ( and I questioned ) those classic illustrations of angels vs. demons. That leaves a print.

Not necissarily, I believe that we have an predetermination as to good and evil. It's called a conscience. That transends religions.

you got to understand that in order for your claims to sound somewhat intelligent...you have to know how to spell at least a couple of words correctly. I know what you mean, i have this knowledge of something some big war, and it is coming soon.

I dont have any memories of a past war, only of a war to come!

I dont think this war will be on earth though, and i dont think it will be physical, but the events up to this, can be considered as a war! or global collapse!

My theory is that we all have this knowledge, but not all are are in touch with it...

I have to say to the sceptics that, i follow the Asa belief and is somewhat of an conspiracy theorist, so my mind could very well be clouded.

I often psycho-analyze my self and have groups where we help each other out, just to keep as sane as we can be...

But to summerize and keep on topic: i think it is very possible that you have the memories stored in your DNA, i peronally think that all the knowledge is stored in the 6th density or soul, you just have to acces it!

Memory can not be encoded genetically.

How do you know it can not be encoded genetically...I got my eye color cause my genetics remembered the color of my grandmother's eyes...LOLOL!
