First we are a republic. And this keeps wack a doodles like HRC out.

I was using democracy as a verb there, but you using the word republic further enforces my point. Democracy is about electing representatives. A republic implies that there is more than just that.

And you are mistaken on what a third world leader looks like.

Have you ever been around very successful people?
I have found them to be nice, until they see that this they want is in jeopardy. Then they lead to get what they want. In this case it would be what Trump promised.
Again you sound like you have given up, or not even tried for that matter. Are you a die hard Dem?

Forgive me for not taking your anecdote seriously here. It just reeks of bias.

PS: Why are you taking pot shots at my beliefs? Stay on topic. You didn't write this topic about me. You wrote it about Trump.

Well, on a hundred point scale ... (comparable to the letter grades A-F) Mr. Trumps approval is hovering around 45%.

Is there any grade-scale in which 45% is not an "F"?

The administration's top priority voters, the ones who elected Donald Trump, give him an 86%. That's a "B+".

So, you disagree with the President's statements that he wants to be the "President of all Americans" and think he's just pandering to his base?

I don't disagree, but again, in terms of the election, that was around 45% of the folks who voted .... so again "F."

Don't let the harsh adult words and actions intimidate you. This is what a leader does.

As far lock step, nope. I think that after the election and the majority spoke, we should give Trump the change he won.

Uh....... The "majority" of Americans voted against Trump, not for him.

He was not elected with any kind of overwhelming mandate and the sooner he admits to that little factoid, the better off we'll all be.

Otherwise, I see nothing but rough sailing ahead with an idiot at the helm and a mutiny in the works.

Carrying out the wishes of those who elected President Trump WILL help all Americans. Those who didn't vote for him just don't realize it YET. But they will!

He's a "genius" because Putin said so.

I don't know how some on the right can't see how this guy's Narcissistic behavior is not only dangerous but abnormal! I get the right's notion of liking a guy that isn't a career politician in office, but this guy gets offended by the most childish things! His personality disorder and pathological lying over-shadows his ability to lead and negotiate peace in the world.

My point is Trump is a successful business man, he will go for the throat (figure of speech).

As far as I can tell he is not a lap dog for the 1%, even though I understand some peoples fear, after all he is the 1%. He is a goal driven leader, and anything that gets in the way will feel bull dozed. I hope he bull dozes in the right direction.

If disagree with your beliefs thats allowed. I feel we need to give the guy a chance, and not give up and raise the white flag. And of course this topic is not about you.

If you think that is what don will do you are delusional, sorry for you. I do hope that you come to your senses soon.

If the GOP decides to keep Obamacare and make changes such as mandate that the states spread medicaid...then great, but that is no thanks to don. I am a single mother so I stand to be taxed more under trumps plan, as far as a better paying job...how in the wholey hell would that be bc of Trump?

Tariffs, regulation decreases and removing 10,000,000 illegal aliens will put upward pressure on wages because of decreased labor availability.

Reminds me of:

Reducing the financial burdens on wealthier Americans will result in more wealth trickling-down to the middle and lower classes.

How'd that work out for us?
