Swedish town mulls paid hour a week for sex

A local official in Sweden has a novel proposal to improve
work-life balance and lift the local birthrate — give municipal
employees an hour-long paid break each week to go home and have sex.
Noting that “sex is also a great form of exercise and has documented
positive effects on well-being,” Muskos suggested that local municipal
employees could use an hour of the workweek already allotted for
fitness activities to go home and have sex with their spouses or partners instead.
The motion, which is expected to be voted on in the spring, needs a simple
majority to be passed by the 31-member council.
As of now, opinion on the town council is divided.
“We should encourage procreation. I believe that sex is often in short supply."

I don't think public servants should be eligible though.
Most of them already spend ALL day f****ing around ,
and are paid already ....

However ....I am gonna need more than one hour .
Let's see , drive home .... 45 mins.
get it on ..... 30 mins.
bit of a sleep ... 30 mins.
drive back to work ... 45 mins.

.... so realistically that's 2.5 hours !

Huh? Now, why should you get an hour off to go have sex, you do have sixteen hours that you usually have off each day.

Meanwhile , in the real world ,
I do 5 x 12 hour shifts , with 30 minutes to eat .....

so that leaves me about 2.5 hours a day for ME

Once they got home, in fact, they could use the time for any purpose they liked- just as they could use their normal time off work for sex or any other purpose.
So the proposal is misleading. It's really just a badly-disguised way of increasing the hourly wage rate via reducing the hours worked for the same pay.

Huh? Is this real ?......,they are paid to have sex then would that make the citizens legal prostitutes ?.... And if the government is using the paid hour for exercise or sex, then would that make the real prostitues a personal trainer ?? ....either way, if this does go through, if I lived there I'd think about opening a "sex fetish shop" , or a "baby's R us "shop . Probabaly make a lot of money .

Vedestig said the proposal was intrusive and threatened to embarrass people who do not have sexual partners, do not want to have sex or who have medical conditions that preclude sex.

Plus there's this.

Muskos told his colleagues the proposal was no joke, though he acknowledged practical problems such as enforcement. It would be difficult to tell, for example, if an employee eschewed sex in favor of a walk in the country.

What if your work journey is more than thirty minuets each way? Surely that would not leave enough time for even the most sensitive of triggers.
