Makes me wonder why so many fakes popped up so fast. It looks again highly suspicious and the purpose could've been to discredit the pic as fast as possible. I saw the distorted one but it's impossible to reconstruct it now i guess. Can't believe i missed the original pic.

Yeah, indeed. The thumbnailed pic obviously isn't the real one as the video creator mentions himself, but the distorted one could be the real one. All the other fakes could have been posted intentionally. We'll never know I guess.

Just commenting to keep track as just a lurker.
It has been fascinating the past few days, and only realised that if i was logged in and commented it would subscribe me to the thread. Live and learn

I'm already up to speed with it all, just wanting to know if there's a specific thread to look out for on 4chan, might be a couple of pics we haven't had here yet I can't navigate the site for the life of me, I don't know where to look.

I know its looking more and more hopeless but I'm just not willing to let our new alien friend go just yet lol

Sure would be nice for someone to have the real photo with exit data in place including location coordinates.

Realistically not likely.

Everything is gone. They had a convenient crash that made it impossible to archive most threads about the topic. The only one that got saved was already posted here. The thread had a weird as long name and was full of people insulting each other. You're right 4chan is abysmal. Navigating is a pain on there too.

I've heard of it before (not good things either) but have never been on it. Had a quick look but couldn't find a search function and no clue as to which category to be looking in. I guess if all the data is gone then its pointless anyway.

Was hoping maybe people had started putting pics back on there again and that there would maybe be some we hadn't already seen here. Oh well, back to the drawing board....

Why hasn't the original poster reported at another site?

Fear after posting and s/he immediately deleted it? If that is possible at 4chan. The system issue makes me feel it is more of a prank unless the poster was a mod.

If it was an agency response, it seems quite quick. It would have to have been at that time monitoring and have some malware installed at the site to accomplish it or a way to immediately enter and start attacking the targeted pic/thread.

These seem like longshots compared to a hoax at a site known for them.

"Original Thread was titled "24489 Taken Aprox 24 miles north west of Luke Airforce Base Phoenix Az. Lab H4C" That thread started the whole getting banned and deleted show on 4chan. I'm still looking to find it right now.

A guy from earlier on in this thread said he had the real pic emailed to him from a 4chan member that grabbed it before it vanished. I've PM'd him asking for a copy of the pic but he hasn't been on here since early yesterday and there's every chance that he's either lying or just has one of the images we've already seen and debunked. Time will tell I guess.

I'm on 4chan now sifting through some threads, there's a couple of extra pics we haven't had here but nothing worth even entertaining for a second. There's some real garbage on that site, I'm beginning to regret clicking on it

The thread was scrubbed form the archive. It seems the link to the thread was deleted on ATS too. I can however confirm that everything from the deleted thread got posted on here. Well the most useful stuff.

Edit: i found a similar thread on reddit with the same name i posted earlier. Maybe that helps.

Wow the threads on there are pretty "interesting" but didn't yield any new findings. Bunch of pictures completely unrelated to the alien and fakes en masse. I feel like my braincells got reduced significantly by reading all that crap.

It's not easy to stay focused because of all the noise. I read everything from a to z and found nothing new. The original picture is gone for good i guess. I received some errors by clicking on a few of the images posted telling me my ip range was wrong. I'm still not convinced that it was all a hoax though.

Went through a lot of it but nothing of note there, every alien pic there was just random movie aliens badly cropped onto a background, no effort in most of them. On a side note, damn there's some weird stuff on that site, was starting to feel like my brain was trickling outta my ears.

Was an experience for sure but short of the actual original alien pic winding up back there I won't be re-visiting the site ever again, its just a cluster of weird random crap.
