Summer Zervos the first person to win a lawsuit against the president?

Okay. So it goes like this. Summer Zervos in the election alleged Donald Trump sexually assaulted her in 2007. Donald Trump says he didn't and she lied. Summer Zervos filed a defamation suit says Donald Trump called her a liar. Considering there is physical evidence of this, as in a video recording where Donald Trump called her a liar, does this mean Donald Trump will have to compensate her money for defamation?

I don't think so, only because there is no proof of sexual assault, and polygraphs don't holdup in court of law. Her lawyer is probably just stringing her along for more money.

The case is whether or not Donald Trump called her a liar. And there is certainly video proof of this. This is not about sexual assault. This is about defamation. I'm no legal expert, but doesn't this mean she automatically wins the suit and Donald Trump has to pay her money?

That Trump called her a liar is not the issue; the issue is if he lied about her being a liar. She would have to prove that she is NOT a liar in order to prove defamation...in other words, she would have to prove that Trump did exactly as she alleged in order to prove that he knowingly defamed her by calling her a liar. If she cannot prove that she told the truth, then she cannot prove defamation. And if she is a liar, then it's not defamation.

I reckon Trump should be hoping she wins and sets a nice precedent, think of all the people on record calling Trump a liar.
If he sues all their asses and puts the winnings towards the national debt hell have it paid off in weeks
