Hi Sofi,
I like this idea, we're discussing it. The only issue is it's lots of work to create a new forum, we can't just "click" one into existence like most people seem to think so when we do we have to be sure it's going to be busy.
Happy Pi Day. :-)
Japanese robotics
There are many variations of Japanese robotics. Some different types of robots are: Humanoid Entertainment Robots, Androids, Animal (four-legged) Robots, Social Robots, Guard Robots, and many more. There are also a variety of characteristics for these robots.
The Robotics industry is more important in Japan than any other country in the world. Japan employs over a quarter of a million industrial robot workers. In the next 15 years, Japan estimates that number to jump to over one million and they expect revenue for robotics to be near $70 billion by 2025.[1]

I do wonder how busy it might be at first.

Every day I find 5 or 6 news stories that fit with this concept, but I won't be posting them anymore. Sorry. Just tired of every thread being twisted to a "us against them," "Republicans against Democrats" polarized, mindless free-for-all that's encouraged and supported by many mods, sans intelligent aware discussion. So I'll go with the flow, and only post political crap for the fans. If I bother.
...you just gotta be able to take their red herring and twist it back into the proper scope. Hard to properly describe, but I know its possible to momentarily derail a thread in a post, yet reign it back in.
Regardless of strategies and coping mechanisms, when people come in trying to derail, its often a good sign its a worth effort. Other times, the bumps actually do help too to keep a thread from death.
