As per the late4st TIME magazine article.
Short answer ?
No.
Long term, of course they do,
Once upon a time we had a black President and all social programs were priority, he had his agenda and be damned our US foreign policy, Now, we have an American President focused on Americans. How sad.
I dislike our new President, I truly do. The, one and only thing I liked about his campaign stance is his overly North American position on China. Good for him/us. I see nothing wrong with us/him as a North American pushing for more jobs for North Americans. All other Bull# he spews I'm on the record as ceiling him out on.

Of course. Once Trump is done with his mission of turning the republican party into a caricature of itself, that's all you'll have left.
Does he care about unions being able to function so that workers get paid adequately? What about jobs? Does he care about jobs in unskilled labor, skilled trades, engineering, and manufacturing facilities?

They don't matter that much right now because a large portion of the electorate simply does not care about the issues that Democrats have put front and center. When a blue collar guy has lost his job, he doesn't give a rats azz about LBGTQ issues, diversity, or any of the other identity politics that Democrats have hung their hat on.

Does he care about whether his kid knows how to read or do math?
