Okay, I have to know... WTF is wrong with Trumps handshake?

Meandering thoughts on this topic:

- im not big into the whole alpha/dominance thing. Im incredibly strong willed, but don't wish to assert this on others. Im anathema to alpha personalities. We cannot coexist. So i can't help understand them much.
- A handshake like that wouldn't get you far among the business folks I deal with. His only saving grace: he has the cash. So we may put up with crap like that if we want his cash enough. I'd likely rip his arm out of its socket when we shook hands, though.
- he's not an orangutan. He's typical.
- if i am standing in front of a wall, and a bull is charging at me, i am better served by side stepping the bull and letting the wall do my work for me. Trump doesn't get this concept I don't think. His alpha tendencies don't allow him to play a passive role if it means winning more easily. This is his major failure: a hubris of self greatness.
- i would like to see the courts continue to dog him. Winning the election was a validation of his enormous ego, and itll need winnowing before he'll have any hope of doing anything. Otherwise, the next 4 years are going to be long.

Its concerning that so many men don't recognize true alpha behavior isn't it? Trump is not a true alpha. His handshake is just another example.

It all derives from wealth.

I recognize that pretty well. He has cash, and is used to people coming hat in hand to ask for it.

Im put off by it, but am prepared to admit it may end up working to at least some degree. In the end, he still has American cash backing him, which gives him the same bargaining position he is accustomed to.

I actually noticed that he had an overpowering handshake a few times on TV. This is a good comedy about it.

Well peeing all over the urinal is just lazy and gross, so I wouldn't be surprised. However its not outside normal. Trumps handshake seems very abnormal to me.

i dont know about the length he holds it but his approach going in seems to change depending on whos hand he is shaking.
back in the old days of organized crime the old timey mafioso used to offer their hand a certain way based on the respect they felt for the other person.
carlo gamino comes to mind. lucky as well.

if they offered their hand with their palm down it was a sign of great respect.
offer their hand with palm up and it was a sign of lack of respect

He screams insecurity to me. The hair, his hunched stance, the trophy wives, his willingness to litigate to silence exes, his incessant need to respond to everybody that ever said anything bad about him., the bragging etc. None of this is even remotely close to alpha behavior.

Big, quiet, gentle giant dudes that are kind to everybody and bother no-one but could snap a man in half if necessary are as alpha as it gets, not this weird little bullying megalomaniac.
