I plan to grill it low and slow until tender.

THAT could take awhile but, it will be delicious...hot or cold.

Very accurate, like in the UK any time when old soldier's and veteran's come together it is to remember there fallen comrade's and the sacrifice they paid, it is a solemn occasion but one to be thankful for the peace they won through there sacrifice.
